A year in the life 2016 #132: all the gin

We ventured into the wilds of the Adelaide Hills (well, Stirling) for drinks and dinner with friends. The best bit, getting to check out the gin bar at the Stirling pub. They also had some different tonics too. I started with an Applewood gin and East Imperial tonic, then followed up with a Zuidam Dutch Courage accompanied by Fevertree Mediterranean tonic. Delicious.
